Buyback Builder pricing

Updated October 16, 2026

Buyback Builder is free during early access. Every feature that exists today is included, you sign up with an email and password, and there is no card to enter and no billing system in the product.

Paid plans will come later. They will add features we have not built yet, starting with a custom domain for your calculator page and mail in trade ins. Their prices have not been set, so this page does not list any.

What paid plans will add

These are planned, not built. They will be part of paid plans when they ship.

  • Custom domain. Put the calculator page on an address you own, such as sell.yourshop.com, instead of yourshop.buybackpage.com.
  • Mail in. Let customers who cannot visit send their device to you.

Who early access is for

Early access fits a phone repair shop that buys iPhones, iPads or Apple Watches from walk in customers and wants:

  • A quote page that is live the same day.
  • A way to add that calculator to the website it already has.
  • A record of who locked an offer and who showed up.

If you need mail in, digital payouts, device testing or many locations right now, a larger platform will serve you better today. The Reusely alternative page compares one of them fairly, including its published prices.

What you need to set it up

  • An email address for your login. Offer emails can reply to a different shop address if you set one.
  • Your shop details: name, address, phone and hours, plus a logo if you have one.
  • Your prices for the models you buy. If you already keep them in a spreadsheet, the CSV import saves retyping.
  • A website is optional. Your calculator page works on its own as a link.

How to get started

  1. Sign up with your email and a password, and confirm your email.
  2. Name your shop and pick your page address.
  3. Copy the device template, turn on the models you buy, and add their market prices.
  4. Share your page link, or embed it on your site. The buyback website guide goes through each step, and the home page shows how it works.
